Hi Jenny, Nick, Susan, Sandra.. and Jean and John,
Today was a rain day .. So we hung out in Albertville visiting a few museums, reading, route planning and, for me, doing some French lessons on Babbel.
Then we went out to dinner to the Raj .. and was it ever good!
I had the lamb and Marion the chicken .. with a Saint Leger Cote du Rhone (Chulcan?) .. and we had dessert too .. Marion a duo of glacier and I tried Le General ( vanilla ice cream and whiskey) !! It came with a small scoop of icecream and 2in of scotch whiskey .. Jenny: I think you should add it to your repertoire!
Tomorrow looks good .. but 50km gusts .. So we have a plan to go up to Col de Saisies and back around the Leeward side of the valley.
