Hi all,

We all made it to this lovely town north of Barcelona with little issue. The bus from Ottawa with our bikes worked fine, Airtransat flight was short and the shuttle to Girona was so easy!

We have a nice apartment here in the old section of town and tonight we will be entertained with an amplified concert from the square around the corner!

Today's ride was a 'shake down' .. 65km and 950m of climbing to the south east of town mostly through forest. The descent after lunch was one of the best we have ever done with a very smooth and surpentine !!? road .. well, we mean windy but not breezy!

It was a fabulous day .. warm and humid but still comfortable in our apartment and in the evening at the many cafes and restaurants.

Tomorrow 95km to the sea!
