Our ride today to Tripani was wonderful! It was only 550m elevation over 85km of excellent roads .. lots of open land (olive and wine)  with a few easy climbs and great views of Monte Erice as we  coasted in to Tripani!

Traffic was a bit chaotic as we came in to town as the drivers never stop at stop signs or lights .. but they don't want to run you over or either .. so you have to assert yourself but back off when necessary. We'll pick a better route in and out when we go for our rides from here.

Our apartment is very nice and we had an excellent lunch before we checked in.

After laundry we went for a walk and decided to do what the locals do .. eat ice cream for dinner. Is that what they really do? We can't quite figure this out! When do they eat dinner between all the sweets?

Tomorrow we will see the sights!
