The last number of days have been a bit of a blur! We had a memory day then a day-off and then a Forna loop followed with a recovery ride. I think.
 
Weather today was perfect for Col de Rates and the legs were ready!
 
The loop is Orba, Parcent, Col de Rates (620m), down 120m then up to Port Sa Creueta (780m) then down to Castel de Castel and home via Pedreguer with a cool on-shore east wind whistling in our ears to finish. 93km 1250m.
 
Tonight we go out for tapis!
