Yesterday was a cloudy day ride and a repeat from day 1 because we really liked it! Lliber, Parcent, Orba, Tormos, Sagra, Rafol climb and and fabulous decent to the rice paddies and a beach cafe!
Unfortunately Carman took a 0.3km/hr velocity tumble and broke a bone in his hand! But this did not stop us from celebrating a 71st birthday dinner for Charles! It was a fabulous dinner!
Today was a great ride with good sun and too many great photos!
We went north of Denia and at Oliva we headed inland and did a loop around the edges of an interesting Valley criss-crossing the Vernissa River and passing through small towns of Rafelcofer and Rotova!
Yes, we had 2 fords and the first was fine with low water but the 2nd was a raging torrent forcing us to head up river in search of river crossing!
It was a great day, a great lunch and lots of interesting views!
