On Neil's recommendation, today's ride took us up our favourite valley to Lliber then on to Xalo for coffee for a caffeine shot to get us up the hill to Masserof and lunch!

Then it was a nice descent through Pinos and around to Xalo and home via a lovely climb then smooth down to Pedreguer!

Yes, it was a great day .. and we had sun and lots of great views!

Marion says we can take a rest day when it rains. Neil says it rarely rains .. oh dear!
