After a rough night for Harold with a little bit of food poisoning, we decided that the best cure was a ride to the Dordogne and the confluence of the Vezere at the pretty town of Limeuil! The sun was with us and we continued on the north bank to Tremolat and then turned south back across the river and home via the beautiful valley of the St Avit with a fabulous tail wind!

70km ride turned out to be the cure with a 50cl bottle of rose from Clos Verlots (david fourtout) back at the hotel at the end!

Tonight we will try out a restaurant in the village centre despite having a wonderful meal last night here at this hotel!

Tomorrow on to Duras and then it is one day into Bordeaux if we want!
