... I was not going to email today but decided I should to record our route!
Today we left Neuf Brisach before 9am and decided to stick to only bike paths all the way to Strasbourg .. to shorten the distance and to stay in the cool shade along the canals.
It was a good choice and to our surprise the canal path that we joined in Artzenheim was an easy compacted stone which turned to a smooth pavement at Marckolsheim and stayed paved all the way in to Strasbourg!
It was a lovely ride along the canal with lots of people watching as we got closer to Strasbourg and we saw more boats on the canal and people out cycling.
