An easy start to the day .. with a ride out to Lakeport along the lakeshore. Crashing waves with a south-westerly wind coming off Lake Ontario added to the atmosphere! 

Then we did a U-TURN at the Lakeport Cemetery and headed up to Wicklow and north on the Wonderful Vernonville Road with a jog over to Sheltervalley Rd and on to Castleton for lunch!

Marion topped me up with a Coke and half a mars bar which made my cycle into the wind into Centreton a breeze! 

We took our favourite road back to Cobourg (Grills Rd) passing through dairy farm country. Fabulous views across the fields!

A wonderful ride with great friends on my birthday!

Dinner at Cucina Urbana Italian restaurant outside was great!

Tomorrow we cycle west to Newcastle!
