This morning was a slow start but by 11am we had the bikes out of the car and every stick of clothing on that I could find! Off we went from Locus Dale on our favourite route through Novum and Towles Road. We stopped at Hebron Church for lunch and then retraced our route home.

We had planned to go to Syria but it was a bit chilly and the sun was scarce so we figured 77km 1200m was a pretty good start to the Cycling season!

The Blueridge lived up to it's name today with just a hint of clearing skies in the western peaks .. should be a good riding day tomorrow!
