2019-04-23 : Edinburgh Gap

Why do we punish ourselves like this?

It was an easy climb to 510m .. and then not one car passed us on the way down the other side to Fort Valley!

We had a tailwind all the way to hwy 55 then lunch at the library in Strasburg ... but then the big climb up that steep hill out of town!

The lilacs are saturating the air with perfume and making it difficult climbing up these steep 14% grades on Back Rd .. I'm not sure what we can do about it!

Off to the pub for dinner .. second try as it was closed last night!
