It's 6:30pm and we've had our dinner (wasn't very good) and we are knackered!

Today's ride was out to Syria and back. No wind, mostly sunny .. we started out early .. 9am on the bikes .. high today was 30C+ and humidity is high!

The flat sections following the river into Syria were great! Legs felt great and we were flying! Made it back to the car by just after 1pm .. beer at our favourite pub by 2pm. Afternoon nap by 4pm.

Yesterday we did one of our favourite rides through Madison along the beautiful Oak Park Road and a loop into the hills on Ruth Rd.

Tomorrow we have cycling plans .. but could also make it a rest day .. tomorrow we'll decide!
