With sandwiches made and weather checked (and rechecked) we headed off with a tailwind up the coast. Target was Gandia beach. Oliva gave is coffee in our favourite patisserie and then off to the beach we went!
Alas, the mist came in from the north, so we turned right to the clear sky and ended up at Platja de Daimus! We were so excited, we almost jumped into the sea! Certainly Marion was close to surfing the storm surge!
Great day despite the headwind and rain on the return meander through the quieter backroads! We were pretty wet once home!
