Hi All,

The first pic is usually the food pic! Dessert last night! It was excellent! 

Today we cycled to Biar which is a pretty town at 800m elevation with an amazing church and central square. We had Tostada con Tomate and coffee!

Down to Onil (700m) where we stopped for a picnic lunch and then we started to climb again to 950m on quiet roads. We descended into another valley (800m) with lots of pine trees and dry clay soil before climbing again to 930m and meeting up with a head wind, cross wind and finally commuter traffic descending to Benyeres de Mariola. 

A few more round abouts took us onto a lovely paved bike trail back up the valley towards home (Bocairent at 623m). We even found some single track to finish the day!

65km 910m ascent .. but the wind gusts of +40km/hr in the valleys were tough and spoiled many of our descents!

Tomorrow we do an easy day then Saturday on to Xativia!

PPS: Harold's bike is fixed with new wire from Di2 battery .. it was to short and stressed!
