Being Le Patrimoine, we decided to go for a short cycle and then see some sights! (museums made free today)

A 42km ride into the hills on quiet roads with a strong southerly headwind on the open plains. Great ride and back by noon in time for a salad in a cafe on the Place de Resistance!

We then followed the blue-line tourist markings and visited some churches and the Musee de Faience et des Beaux-Arts. Faience is tin-glazed hand painted pottery and there where some extraordinary pieces!

The Cathedral Saint Cyr Saint Juliette was also quiet interesting! Look at the picture carefully and you will see the church is crooked! (Drifts to the right!)

Now we are tired and are relaxing in our apartment. Leftovers for dinner. A Demain, Sancere!
