Marion wanted a 60km ride ...so we did a 66km loop on quiet roads to Llubi! We came back through Sa Pobla and stopped for the first time in the centre - usually we skirt the outside of the town.
It's quite a nice centre with old Spanish architecture reminding us of Cuba. There was a book event on with tables set up around the centre and kids participating in 'reading appreciation' activities.
Sa Pobla seems mostly an industrial and farming community with a ring-road and almost all buildings under 4 stories. Nothing too modern. The ring road means fewer tourists I would think!
We found some new quiet roads leading out of Sa Pobla connecting with Fangar valley and home.
