Today we toured Barrie Island which is just west of Gore Bay.
The island is quiet with some farming on the east side changing to scrub land as you head west doted with hunting blinds and signs for hunt camps.
We had a great time exploring a number of lanes that brought us to water. We swam and had a long lunch and then returned to Gore Bay and cycled out to Janet Lighthouse.
It was a great day topped off with pizza at our favourite restaurant on the patio watching the locals. (Mostly sailors off the yatchs moored in the harbour!)
Tomorrow we cycle to the far western end of the island!
