Yesterday Marion and I had a lazy day trying to checkout the tourist attractions in Burlington only to discover the Fleming Art Gallery was closed for the summer :(. But we still had a nice lazy day driving down to Middlebury and checking in to our Airbnb .. it is very nice! Nick and Jenny arrived around 5:30 and we went out for a nice dinner.

Today we cycled one of our favorite rides up to Vergennes and back on very quiet roads with great views of the Adirondack mountains to the west across lake Champlain and later the Green Mountains to our east on the return leg. Lunch in Vergennes was very pleasant outside in the park!

Weather here is very warm and humid but with some good cloud cover which helps alot! Tomorrow ... maybe the same!
